COUNTRY HOUSE

Krikla Studio was appointed to design a house at the early construction phase. The space was a blank canvas, and the brief was to make it feel like a home — casual, grounded, kid-friendly, a true family hub. The budget was rather tight, so sourcing and budgeting played an important role.

Our approach:

We began by developing a new layout, then built out the design concept and decorative scheme. We repurposed and reupholstered some of the existing furniture pieces, hunted bargains at local antique auctions, and mixed them with new furniture and lighting pieces.

What we delivered:

  • Layout development
  • Concept development and decorative scheme
  • Bespoke furniture design
  • Procurement
  • Coordination of the full construction phase, in line with the confirmed design
